Where are you based?

We are based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

When will the order(s) be shipped after the payment confirmation?

Our shipment days are on Monday-Saturday (excluding public holiday).

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use JNE, J&T, SiCepat, AnterAja as our local courier partner. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Go-Send and Grab Express are also available, but only through our WhatsApp Admin.

Are your products manufactured in Indonesia?

We are proud to say that we are a local brand that does self manufacturing locally.

Are your items ready stock?

Yes, all of our items are ready stock unless stated otherwise. If stocks on the website are unavailable, you can chat with our WhatsApp Admin for further assistance.
